“I don’t show enthusiasm like my sister”. Maud enjoys things just as much as anyone does, she’s just an extraordinarily reserved.
I see no reason why she wouldn’t like sex. She just may not be very expressive during—which could make things awkward for her partner.
Then again, she’s not only reserved, but it seems that she really wasn’t too interested in doing the things she was doing with Twilight friends. But she actually cracked a smile when talking about Pinkie at the end, which leads me to believe that she may have a bit more of emotional range than most of the episode implies, though I’m sure she’s always fairly stoic about it.
At the end of the day, it’s all just conjecture though. It would be just as easy to say she’s asexual and not interested in sex. *shrug*
