Oh yeah… Hm…for me the thought’s not really sexually arousing, but really romantically passionate. It’s a bit like the feeling of a blanket (which makes sense, since I would think the feelings are physically similar).
But on a more serious note, I think the alary-penile (wings on penis) (or alary-vaginal for that matter) simulation hasn’t been done as much since I’ve traditionally seen “wingjob” to refer to manual-alary simulation, as in this (and a Spitfire/Rainbow Dash clopfic I read once).
