The banner reads “In Equus Veritas” (in horse, [there is] truth), which I assume is a parody of “In Vino Veritas” (in wine, [there is] truth).
But this is not grammatically correct; it should be “In Equo Veritas”, or perhaps “In Equis Veritas” (in horses, [there is] truth).
